This extraordinary evening celebrates the harp's beauty as a solo voice supported by a symphony of orchestral brilliance.
Audiences will discover and experience rarely heard masterworks for harp and orchestra written by classical composers who reimagined the harp as a vehicle of expressiveness and virtuosity. The Grande Dame of the harp, Catherine Michel returns to iHarpFest with her luminous sound, refined artistry, musical intelligence, and a lifetime of experience as one of France’s most distinguished interpreters of the instrument.
Jana Boušková, an international soloist and Principal Harp of Czech Philharmonic Orchestra whose commanding presence and musical poetry have inspired audiences since capturing 1st Prize in the 1992 USA International Harp Competition.
Shamim Minoo, rising star and Winner of the 2025 USA International Harp Competition, making her North America debut at iHarpFest 2026 as a fresh new voice in the harp world, bridging between East and West to inspire across cultures.
Frances Duffy, Principal Harp of the Wheeling and Allentown Symphonies and member of the American Ballet Theatre Orchestra, known for her dynamic performance energy and lyrical phrasing, will draw upon traditional melodies and transforms them into a richly textured orchestral soundscape.
