Media Release & Notice of Filming/Photography

By entering the venue and participating in the Toronto International Harp Festival or Summer Institute, all attendees grant permission to the organizers, partners, and authorized media personnel to photograph, film, and record audio during the event.

These images, videos, and recordings may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, print publications, press releases, and other marketing or archival purposes related to the Festival and Summer Institute.

By attending this event, you consent to:

• Being photographed and/or recorded

• The use of your likeness, voice, and image for promotional and archival purposes

• The unrestricted use of such media without compensation, notification, or additional consent

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member or volunteer at the registration desk upon arrival.​
